I wanted to give this location a 5 star because of the overall positive experience at your facility. The cleanliness of the gym, the polite and helpful staff, and the respectful behavior of other guests truly stand out and make for an enjoyable environment. However, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue that has been bothering me and my husband lately. During the 5am crowd, the music played at the facility is incredibly loud to the point where having a conversation with the person I come with becomes quite challenging. The combination of overhead music, headphones, and the need for small talk creates an overwhelming atmosphere. This not only affects my personal experience but also disrupts the ability of other guests who wish to engage in conversations. It often leads to individuals resorting to raising their voices or even yelling, which can be quite disruptive and uncomfortable for everyone involved. I understand that music plays a significant role in creating a motivating atmosphere, but perhaps there could be a better balance or a slight reduction in volume during this early morning period. This adjustment would allow for a more conducive environment for communication while still maintaining the desired energy and ambiance.

I have good work outs ! Black card is a plus I can bring whoever whenever I like . Also the gym is very clean the equipment, the locker room, showers. And it's a very affordable membership. . I am very happy with their service.

After I outgrew the weights planet fitness offers I still kept going because of the cleanliness. This has declined the last two years and recently has got worse. The bathrooms never look,feel, or smell clean. The urinals are never clean. There's a layer of dust everywhere. The cleanest parts of the gym are what the members wipe down. The big clock is not accurate. More often the paper towel dispemsars are empty rather then stocked.

Since the upgrade I'm miserable. My main reason for coming is to use the eliptical machines. I have knee problems and very bad arches which disallow me from my long workouts intirely walking and no running. The eliptical enabled me to simulate a 4-9 mile run. These new elipticals hurt my knees and make my gate like a bubble instead of a more normal walking/running gate. The machines actually wobble while I use them and I've almost fallen off the back several times as the foot holds have no lip across the back. Everything else in here is great honestly but Planet Fitness used to have the second best eliptical machines I've ever seen. Now they are sub par. I can barely get a mile or two at most. I'm afraid I'll fall, my knees ache within a quarter of a mile and I hate the way the machine wobbles. If anyone argues that there are two types of machines, the other one is worse.

People are not courteous in wiping down equipment after use. Gym equipment are pretty worn down, not steady and wobble, and half of the massage stations are out of order. Male staff seem annoyed when you ask them for anything and don't pay attention to what you say or when stations are available. I actually dread coming to this gym, but it's so much closer to home than the other planet fitness that I have to go for convenience.
